The desktop remoting system is amazing, as a consultancy business we need to be operating all the time, this function saves time in getting small issues resolved quickly. so we can get back to running our business. Orbitel helped us by going over and above to keep our business running when our previous internet supplier cut the supply with 48 hours notice. The result was we had temporary internet up within hours while Adam and his team pushed our application for NBN. As soon as the building was hard wired Orbitel had us switched over in hours. After being approached by Adam, I understood the stark service difference between our previous provider, and what Orbitel could bring to the table. While we were already using a cloud-based PBX, it was poorly initialised and maintained, which was leaving our customers annoyed and our staff frustrated. Adam and the Orbitel team have been excellent to deal with, and we have established a trusted ongoing relationship for more than a year. We were first referred to Orbitel when navigating the end of fixed line phones and compulsory switch to NBN in our area for our building. The advice from Telstra and other phone / internet advisors was confusing and left us feeling uncertain and worried about the potential cost and other ramifications of needing to replace our existing working system of around 20 lines and other infrastructure needs.
