With the founding of Crescent I.T. and its eventual merger with Orbitel Technologies, Adam has played a crucial role in the growth and success of the company since 2002.
A self-described perfectionist, Adam’s commitment to his clients and their end businesses is unwavering. Adam’s passion for problem-solving and a love of all things tech, have been key factors in Orbitel Technologies’ ability to consistently deliver innovative and reliable solutions to its clients.
When Adam is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as indulging in his passions of wine, tennis, and snowboarding.

Founder/Managing Director
Gemma brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the family business. Born in England with a background in real estate, Gemma has honed her skills in new business sales, key account management, and networking.
Drawing on her strong customer service background, Gemma is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients, based on trust and mutual respect. With her BSc in Psychology & Forensic Biology, Gemma brings a unique perspective and depth of understanding to Orbitel Technologies.
In her free time, Gemma enjoys holidays with her family and has a passion for visiting wineries, working towards her goal of visiting every winery in the state.
Gemma Reeve
Director of Sales & Marketing
Marcus, a seasoned Support Engineer at Orbitel since January 2021, brings over nine years of expertise in technical and service desk support. His deep knowledge of Networking and Fibre Optics, combined with his outstanding customer service skills, make him a key asset to the team.
Marcus excels at easing client concerns and ensuring smooth service delivery. Outside of work, he’s passionate about technology, especially Laser Cutters, CNC Machines, and 3D Printing. He enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending quality time with his wife, Sarah, and their dog, Louie.

Rich brings with him over nineteen years of extensive experience in IT, making him a seasoned and proficient leader in the field. With a strong background in business systems analysis and strategic problem solving, Rich expertly oversees service delivery for a diverse array of clients.
Renowned for his exceptional customer service skills, Rich has a remarkable ability to put clients at ease, making him an indispensable member of the Orbitel team.
Outside of his professional life, Rich enjoys spending quality time with his family. He loves watching movies and soccer, and he dedicates time to creative pursuits, including writing and engaging in voiceover projects for fun.

Jason is originally from South Africa and only recently moved to Australia, in March 2020. He joined us in May 2022 in search of working within a company with a great culture and new challenges.
Having been an IT business owner for over 15 years he has dealt with and seen a vast variety of IT systems and problems, but always enjoys solving them in a fast and friendly way.
Outside of work Jason & his wife Charlene enjoy fishing, boating & e-biking around the city.

Brad has a strong and sound background in both customer service and technology, being able to understand the client’s needs and provide a solution to issues that our clients may face. Ensuring all our clients get the same high-quality service and experience that they deserve and have come to expect from us here at Orbitel Technologies.
Brad is always keen and eager to take on any challenge that he may come across, leading to something new being learnt.
When Brad is not working, he enjoys going out camping and exploring the great outdoors. He also enjoys spending time with his puppy Quinn and going offroad in his purpose-built car.

Meet Adam, known for his exceptional customer relations skills and passion for technology. With a keen enthusiasm for learning new systems, Adam thrives on staying updated with the latest technological advancements to enhance our services.
Beyond the office, Adam embraces fatherhood with his one-year-old son, finding joy in family time and watching footy matches together. Renovating his house is another passion project, where he applies his skills to transform spaces.
Additionally, Adam enjoys delving into his home server, constantly tinkering to test and implement new systems, showcasing his commitment to innovation both at work and in his personal life.
