With the founding of Crescent I.T. and its eventual merger with Orbitel Technologies, Adam has played a crucial role in the growth and success of the company since 2002.

A self-described perfectionist, Adam’s commitment to his clients and their end businesses is unwavering. Adam’s passion for problem-solving and a love of all things tech, have been key factors in Orbitel Technologies’ ability to consistently deliver innovative and reliable solutions to its clients.

When Adam is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as indulging in his passions of wine, tennis, and snowboarding.

Gemma brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the family business. Born in England with a background in real estate, Gemma has honed her skills in new business sales, key account management, and networking.

Drawing on her strong customer service background, Gemma is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients, based on trust and mutual respect. With her BSc in Psychology & Forensic Biology, Gemma brings a unique perspective and depth of understanding to Orbitel Technologies.

In her free time, Gemma enjoys holidays with her family and has a passion for visiting wineries, working towards her goal of visiting every winery in the state.

At work, Stuart is focused on ensuring the services offered by the company are top-notch and tailored to the needs of customers. He manages customer-centric systems, offers added value to both staff and customers, and is always striving to exceed expectations.

When he’s not working, Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife, son Harvey, and their beloved chocolate Labrador, Bailey. He also has a passion for sports and loves to stay active.

Marcus brings with him over nine years of technical and service desk support experience, making him a highly skilled and experienced leader. With his expertise in Networking and Fibre Optics, Marcus adeptly manages service delivery for a diverse range of clients.

Known for his exceptional customer service skills, Marcus is renowned for putting clients at ease, which makes him an invaluable asset to the Orbitel team. His natural talent for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues has earned him a reputation as a trusted and reliable manager.

Outside of work, Marcus enjoys indulging in his passion for technology. He loves tinkering with Laser Cutters, CNC Machines, and 3D Printing. When not immersed in tech projects, he spends quality time with his wife Sarah and their furry friend Louie and exploring the great outdoors.

Jason is originally from South Africa and only recently moved to Australia, in March 2020. He joined us in May 2022 in search of working within a company with a great culture and new challenges.

Having been an IT business owner for over 15 years he has dealt with and seen a vast variety of IT systems and problems, but always enjoys solving them in a fast and friendly way.

Outside of work Jason & his wife Charlene enjoy fishing, boating & e-biking around the city.

He has a natural affinity for technical challenges and enjoys keeping abreast of emerging technologies. However, his true passion lies in building meaningful relationships and driving digital transformations for businesses. His ability to understand the unique needs of each organisation allows him to tailor solutions that deliver results and drive growth.

In his personal time he enjoys tinkering with cars, spending time with his partner and two crazy dogs and doing anything that gives an adrenaline rush.

Brad is always keen and eager to take on any challenge that he may come across, leading to something new being learnt.

When Brad is not working, he enjoys going out camping and exploring the great outdoors. He also enjoys spending time with his puppy Quinn and going offroad in his purpose-built car.

Her goal at Orbitel is to raise the company’s profile and help it gain recognition for the exceptional customer service and attention to detail it provides.

In her free time, Jenny is an avid reader, enjoys wine tasting, and loves to spend time with her Bernese Mountain Dog.
